Phase 1 Website Optimization for advancinghealth.com (Deposit)
Client: Alex Negron, Advancing Health
Invoice Amount: $1,650 (50% deposit for Phase 1, total project cost $3,300)
Payment Terms: 50% deposit ($1,650) due upon agreement, 50% ($1,650) due upon completion (June 17, 2025)
Project Timeline: May 20, 2025 - June 17, 2025
Scope of Work:
Phase 1 delivers a faster, client-friendly website to enhance functionality, engagement, and operational efficiency, hosted on the Dell PowerEdge T560 (pending access) or Network Solutions. The scope includes:
Site Optimization ($852.50): Enhance website speed through image compression, CSS/JavaScript minification, and caching; improve user experience with a responsive layout and intuitive navigation; implement basic SEO (meta tags, keywords) for visibility.
Test Menu Page with Orchard LIS Link ($880): Develop a searchable table displaying test orders, collection devices, stability info, and sample result links, sourced from the client’s test orders document; include a styled link to the Orchard LIS (https://advancinghealth.myorchardsoft.com/) for client/employee access.
Materials Order Form ($660): Create a dynamic form with test order dropdowns, auto-displaying device details, and email notifications to info@advancinghealth.com (CC Alex, Denise, Len), streamlining client device requests without phone/email.
Specimen Pickup Form ($550): Build a dynamic form with test order dropdowns, auto-displaying specimen details, plus fields for location, preferred time, and client info; send email notifications to info@advancinghealth.com (CC Alex, Denise, Len) with a confirmation message, simplifying pickup requests.
Basic CMS Setup ($357.50): Install WordPress on T560 (if accessible) or Network Solutions to manage Test Menu and future content; provide a quick-start guide for client updates.
Deliverables:
Optimized, responsive website with Test Menu page, Materials Order form, Specimen Pickup form, and Orchard LIS link, accessible via WordPress CMS.
Wireframes for client approval by May 26, 2025.
Quick-start guide for WordPress content management.
30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes.
Dependencies:
Client-provided test orders document for Test Menu, Materials Order, and Specimen Pickup forms.
T560 external access details (e.g., Remote Desktop, IIS, ports 80/443) for hosting.
Revisions:
One round of revisions per feature (site optimization, Test Menu, Materials Order form, Specimen Pickup form, CMS setup); additional revisions will be billed separately.
Notes:
The T560’s hosting is recommended for performance and cost savings, pending IT MSP confirmation of accessibility. A second PSU (~$200-$400) and RAID 1 configuration (~1-2 hours setup) are advised for reliability but not required.
Phase 2 (Client/Employee Portals, document retention, additional features) will be quoted separately post-Phase 1, based on client budget.
